How we work: scoped projects or retainers with clear deliverables and timelines.Ownership: you own the final work; we keep internal tools/methods.Confidentiality: NDA-friendly, limited-access handling of any shared data.Billing & logistics: monthly invoicing; remote-first, on-site as needed.

Return and Refund Policy :We do not sell physical goods. Our offerings are professional consulting services and digital deliverables (reports, memos, models). Any digital products and services are not returnable.Refund & Dispute Policy for Services (hourly/scope-based):Once work has begun, prepaid services are not cancellable but if f we materially fail to deliver the agreed scope, notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery; we’ll re-perform or provide a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion.How to request a refund/dispute: Email us with your name, invoice number, and a brief description. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 10 business days.

Chargebacks: We encourage contacting us first so we can resolve quickly; if you file a chargeback, this may impact our ability to continue to service you in the future.Cancellation PolicyConsulting calls/meetings: Please cancel or reschedule ≥24 hours before the start time.Late cancel/no-show: Cancellations <24 hours or no-shows are billable at 100% of the scheduled time (or deducted from prepaid balances).
Retainers/ongoing engagements: Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice; unused, pre-paid amounts after the notice period are not refunded but can be applied to any additional work.

Legal / Export & Sanctions Restrictions:
We comply with applicable U.S. and international export controls and sanctions (e.g., OFAC, EAR). We do not provide services to, or for the benefit of, restricted parties or embargoed jurisdictions, and we may require client identity and use-case information to comply with law. If a matter becomes restricted by law during an engagement, we will pause or terminate services and refund any unused pre-payments.Terms & Conditions of Promotions:a free 2 week trial arrangement is free for new clients.
